The meeting was conducted by Giovanni Tallarico, the Action Chair, and opened with a welcome to participants and the agenda’s adoption. Following this, the updates were presented to the MC, including a recap of the previous meeting minutes, results of recent e-votes, and an overview of developments since the last session. Reports from the Core Group highlighted the activities carried out during Grant Period 2 (GP2), along with further updates on Working Group (WG) membership, participation applications, and the budget status provided by the Grant Holder.

Looking ahead, the MC engaged in planning for Grant Period 3 (GP3), addressing both work plans and budgetary allocations to ensure continuity and growth of activities. Preparations for Progress Report 2, to be submitted to the COST Association, were also discussed, underlining the Action’s commitment to transparency and accountability.

The GP3 period promises to bring new plans, initiatives, and challenges that will further strengthen collaboration within the network!
