FEATURED NEOLOGISM:

I love the neologism diminúsculo, composed of ‘diminuto’ + ‘minúsculo’, two words used in Spanish to say that something is very small. We use it in my family.

I hold a degree in Translation and Interpreting (English and Italian) and Hispanic Philology from the University of Córdoba. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Linguistic, Literary and Cultural Studies at the University of Seville and has completed university stays and internships at the University of Erfurt and at publishing houses in Dresden. I have been a student collaborator in the Italian Philology Area of the Department of Language Sciences at the University of Córdoba since 2022. I also collaborate with the research group ‘HUM-1112: From lexicon to discourse: historical and synchronic studies in Romance languages and literatures (LEXDISROM)’. I have been awarded a ‘Semillero de Investigación’ scholarship by the University of Córdoba for the 2025/2025 academic year and a MEFPD Collaboration Scholarship at the University of Seville.
