Beatriz Guerrero García is a PhD candidate at the Translation and Interpreting Department of the Universidad de Salamanca whose doctoral research focuses on the cognitive and conceptual consequences of terminological variation in the discourse on the energy transition that is generated in textual genres outside traditional LSP genres, such as social networks or divulgative texts. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpreting from Universidad de Salamanca in Spain, as well as a master’s degree in Theoretical and Applied Linguistics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona where she also carried out research in the field of specialised lexicography and its implementation at a school level. She collaborates with the TeresIA project—as part of the linguistic sanction committee for terminological neologisms—and NeoUSAL, part of the NEOROC network affiliated to OBNEO.
