Cemile BUĞRA sees herself as a comitted teacher, researcher and a life-long learner who invests in her professional development as much as possible. She completed BA and MA in English Language Teaching. She completed her PhD on teacher education in the ELT department at Cukurova University in 2024. She is highly interested in foreign languages. She has attended some summer schools and trainings related to Linguistics to enhance her knowledge in her profession. She has been teaching prep school EFL students at university contexts as an EFL instructor for 14 years. She does different types of research projects every year to help her students, improve her practices and contribute to her institution as well. She has worked in different units such as curriculum development unit, professional development unit by collaborating with various team members. She is good at collaborative work and she believes in the power of team spirit. She worked as part of the administration as a board member previously. Recently, she has been working as part of the quality assurances and accreditation commission in her current institution. She has completed some research projects and published research articles mostly about applied linguistics, language teaching and learning in the ELT field. She likes contributing to international projects by collaborating with the researchers from all over the world.
