FEATURED NEOLOGISM:

Comidista: This is a Spanish neologism, which is formed by the noun “comida” (food) + the suffix “-ista”, which is usually used to indicate a person who acts or performs. I think it was created following the English neologism “foodie”.

I am a Senior Lecturer who currently works at the University of Granada (Spain), and whose research areas of interest are Translation and Children’s Literature, Translation and Censorship, Scientific Translation and Terminology, Soft Skills and Values in Education.
