Stella Hîrbu, Ph.D. in Philology, is a seasoned academic with over 30 years of experience in language education, specializing in business German and English. A dedicated researcher in cross-cultural and linguistic studies, she has actively contributed to international conferences and forums, sharing valuable insights on multilingualism and intercultural communication. Her doctoral thesis examined stable multiword expressions in Romanian, Russian, English, and German, employing a contrastive-typological and ethnolinguistic approach. As a Management Committee Member of ENEOLI, Stella is eager to collaborate with fellow scholars to deepen the understanding of lexical innovation in European languages. She is committed to fostering interdisciplinary dialogue and promoting best practices in language teaching and research.
