WG1 Meeting in Barcelona – A New Step in Glossary Development

Following the successful Core Group Meeting in Barcelona (read more about it here), a productive WG1 Final Year Meeting took place, focusing on evaluating glossary progress and planning next steps. Key moments included welcome remarks from John Humbley and Ana Salgado, a Task 1.1 report by Raquel Silva, and a discussion on the importance of glosses led by Ana Salgado. David Lindemann presented the Task 1.2 NeoCorpus & NeoVoc Report, featuring a hands-on session on editing entries using the ENEOLI Wikibase platform. The meeting also outlined upcoming tasks, such as domain & knowledge organization and glossary editing, ensuring clarity on the next steps. It concluded with a discussion on refining inclusion criteria, addressing language discrepancies, and improving the overall quality of glossary entries.
