Apply for a Grant!

As a COST Action, ENEOLI offers grants for different networking activities:

  • Short-Term Scientific Missions (STSM) are for all ENEOLI members who wish to make a research visit to work on ENEOLI activities.
  • Dissemination Conferences are for all ENEOLI members who wish to present ENEOLI activities and results.
  • ITC Conferences are for ENEOLI members from ITC countries who wish to present their Action-related work.
  • YRI Conferences are for participating Young Researchers or Innovators (< 40 years old) who wish to present their Action-related work.

To prepare for applying, read the Memorandum of Understanding and familiarise yourself with the COST Annotated Rules and the Grant Awarding User Guide.

You can download documents on conference grants and STSM grants that provide detailed information on the eligibility criteria, duration and funding rules, information requested in the application procedure, the evaluation criteria concerning the proposal, and steps to follow in the Grant Awarding Process. Please note that these documents were updated to a new version in January 2025. Make sure to use the latest version when applying!

The next evaluation dates for applications are:

  • March 31st, 2025
  • June 30th, 2025.
